Reminds me of the classic Old Masters style of painting. Except I learned that traditionally.

This method is completely new to me.

Oh thanks. And ummm keep this a secret but, _{this is actually the first time I used this method as well}, but the results using whichever method I use are pretty much the same when it comes to simple paintings like this~
